(cosmetic changes: refinishing floors, surfaces, painting and tiling)
medium
(changes to finishes: replacing flooring)

(changes to infrastructure: full mechanical upgrades, adding bathrooms or fully reconfiguring layouts).
SIZE:
This refers to the overall scale of your project, typically measured in square feet.
SCOPE:
Scope refers to the amount of work to be done. Scope can range from:
COMPLEXITY:
We consider complexity based on the degree of specialized design, engineering, and construction intricacy involved in your project. A project featuring a straightforward design with direct replacements and no structural modifications is typically categorized as low complexity. Conversely, if your project necessitates intricate engineering and detailed logistics, it is likely considered high complexity.
QUALITY:
We uphold a consistent standard of high quality across all our projects. Recognizing that budgets vary, we have classified our finishes into different categories.
Standard category:
Features finishes that are a “smart choice,” utilizing items sourced from big-box retailers (such as cabinetry and MDF).
